# invalid_credentials

## Why

App Store Connect, Play Console or Apple Ads did not accept the credentials of a connection, or a required field is missing. `error.param` names the field (for example `credentials.private_key`) and `error.hint` says where to find it.

## Fix

Fix the field named in `error.param` and create the connection again. The [Connections guide](https://docs.appgoat.ai/connections.md) lists the fields per provider.
